If you diligently follow the program for 90 days and are not satisfied with the balance of strength and femininity you achieve, we offer a full refund. To initiate this, you’d simply need to send us an email and have a brief exit call so we can understand and address your concerns.
We just ask that you follow the program as designed and fill out your weekly check in forms to be eligible.

The workouts in the program are typically 45-60 minutes in length and designed to be fun and diverse!
The workouts are mostly designed to be adaptable for home workouts if you have some basic equipment, but they are preferably done inside of a gym.
You don't have to, and I wouldn't advise adding any more lifting days than what's already laid out in the program. And while some cardio activities might be good (for the body and soul), too much cardio might hinder your progress.
The program is designed to get you some visible results in 90 days or less. Of course, this varies from body to body depending on your starting point. After the 90 days mark, you can choose to continue your membership to take advantage of the ongoing coaching calls, training, and community - or you can choose to take your gains and leave.
You'll be given both a meal plan and a macro breakdown. On the days you don't want to think much about what you'll be eating, just follow the meal plan. On the days you want more variety and flexibility, just plan your meals based on the macro breakdown. This flexibility gives you the freedom to still enjoy the foods you love when you want them while keeping you on track!
Once you finalize your membership, you'll receive instant access to our community, training material, and everything else you'll need to get started.
